This notice sets out the sales conditions for the paid service "Cupmate Plus" under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (mail order). Matters not stated here follow the display of each platform (App Store / Google Play) at the time of purchase and our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cupmate Plus (subscription)
- Monthly plan: 300 yen (tax included)
- Annual plan: 3,000 yen (tax included)
The actual price is the amount shown on the App Store / Google Play purchase screen at the time of purchase.
Costs other than the product price
Any data communication fees required to download and use the App are borne by the customer.
Payment method
In-app purchase via the App Store or Google Play (the payment means set by each platform).
Payment timing
Payment is confirmed when the purchase is completed. Unless canceled, the subscription auto-renews at the end of each period, and payment occurs at each renewal in the same way.
Timing of service provision
Cupmate Plus features become available immediately after the purchase is completed.
Returns, cancellation, and termination
Due to the nature of the service, refunds and cancellations after purchase are generally not accepted. You can cancel the subscription at any time yourself from the App Store / Google Play account settings (subscription management). Canceling before the next renewal date stops further auto-renewal. (No refund is given for the period already elapsed.) Whether a refund is possible and its procedure follow each platform's terms and policies.
